Stone built, with stunning panoramic views this is an ideal property for a small family who want a relaxing break, whilst also being accessible to the eternal city of Rome for day trips and further afield to explore southern Tuscany.

The property is divided into two floors; the first level comprises the living area and kitchen, whilst the top floor with bedrooms is accessed via an external staircase. The living area is dominated by beamed ceilings, stone arches and tiled floors whilst being stylishly decorated by the owners to create a welcoming feel.

There is a further chalet style property in the garden, some twenty metres or so from the main villa. It comes complete with twin beds, air-conditioning, TV, DVD, kitchenette, small table and shower room. This extra accommodation would be ideal for a young couple or teenagers and may be booked at a supplement if required.

The welcoming owners and their pet dog have an apartment on the ground floor of the villa, but will not be in residence when the property is rented.
