There is a well maintained garden surrounding the property set aside to cypresses, poplars, fig, hazel and olive trees, whilst the relaxing sound of flowing water comes from two streams that pass through the estate. The property has a rustic feel with exposed wooden timbers and furnished in a country style.

The property is not far from the Aeolian islands of Vulcano and Lipari (with easy access links) whilst the nearby hamlet of San Gregorio offers typical Sicilian cuisine; in particular the Baia dei Pescatori (bay of Fishermen) offers good seafood. Capo d Orlando is a seaside town with sandy beaches and good night life, ideal for days and nights out!
