Holiday villa Sicily - Located near the town of Pietraperzia and the temples of Agrigento this charming property has a hillside position with views over the surrounding fields and countryside. There is a well maintained garden around the house with flowers and Mediterranean plants and two terraced areas, ideal for outdoor dining and barbecues. The villa is furnished in a bright, airy style with traditional Italian fixtures and fittings.

The town of Pietraperzia has a feel of a bygone age, of how Sicilian towns once were when tradition and family values were so important, as carried in the words of famous writers such as Verga and Pirandello who mention the town. The town is well worthy of exploration, in particular its churches and museums, however also demanding of attention is the town of Piazza Amerina for its archeological excavations (including Roman mosaics).

The discreet owners occasionally occupy a small cottage in the grounds (usually at weekends), located about 20-30 m from the villa. It has its own entrance. The owners of course do not use the pool or any client facilities.
